Enrollment | Necessary Forms for Registering
Our Enrollment Online Option is unavaliable during the Summer months.
In order to register your child(ren) during the summer while our school office is closed June 15th - June 21st, you may pick up a registration packet at our district office Monday - Friday during the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Our district office is located at 5049 Robert J. Mathews Pkwy, EDH, CA 95762
Once you have the packet completed you will need to bring it to the Rolling Hills MS office when they reopen on July 22nd or later with the following requirements attached:
- A current PG & E bill with a parent or guardian's name and physical address (or a PG&E turn on service which you can print from a PG&E online account you create)
- Immunization Records with proof of TDap vaccine (for incoming 7th graders or 8th graders new to the school) in addition to 2 MMR & 2 Varicella vaccines
- Birth Certificate
