Enrollment | Necessary Forms for Registering
The School offices are closed for the summer. Middle Schools will reopen on July 21, 2022, and Elementary Schools will reopen on July 28, 2022.
If you would like to pick up a registration packet, you may do so at the District Office: 5049 Robert J. Mathews Parkway, El Dorado Hills, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. Please provide 2 forms of RESIDENCE VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS in order to pick up a registration packet (non-charters only).
The completed packet must be returned directly to the SCHOOL office (your school of residence) beginning on their reopening date along with 1) TWO utility bills/Proof of Residence, 2) Child's Birth Certificate, and 3) Immunization Record.
In order to register your child(ren) in our school, you must provide us with the following documentation in order to receive a registration packet:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Full Immunization Records
3. A current PG&E bill with a parent or guardian's name and physical address (or a PG&E turn on service which you can print from a PG&E online account you create)
