    HAPPY SUMMER! If you would like to register a NEW student for TK or K, online enrollment information can be found below.  For all other grade levels, an evaluation is required. The school registrar will contact you when the school office reopens.

    • Elementary School offices will reopen on July 25, 2024

    Registration for 2024/2025

    Buckeye Union School District announces that beginning February 5, 2024, registration for the 2024/2025 school year will be online, via the school website. Please take a moment to review the BUMI  Application Process for 2024/2025.

    • If you are uncertain about your home school, please visit the district website HERE to input the address of your current residency to access this information. 

    • Information about transfer requests is listed below. 

    • If you need any further registration information, please contact the school. 

    • If your student is currently enrolled with Buckeye USD, you do NOT need to re-register each year. This includes 5th-grade students rolling up to a different middle school.

     

    REQUIRED student documentation:

    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Current Immunization Record/Proof of all required immunizations
    3. Residence Verification (2 pieces of documentation). The specific information about residence verification documents can be found HERE. 
      • Proof of residency is not required for registration for enrollment for 1) Valley View Charter Montessori School, 2) Camerado Middle School, or 3) Buckeye Union Mandarin Immersion School, but is required for registration if the student is registering under one of the following enrollment preferences: (1) a student who resides within the charter boundary; or (2) a student who resides within the attendance boundaries of the District. 

    Letters and forms included in Online Enrollment:

    It is important to understand that your student’s registration is not complete if ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS have not been submitted to school officials. Your child will not be enrolled at the time of submission of enrollment, but rather placed on a waitlist pending completion of the required enrollment information. School staff will contact you if your enrollment is deemed incomplete and request the information needed to enroll your child upon its submission.               (AR 5111 of the Board Policies, Ed. Code § 48002) 

    Fillable forms may be printed/completed/scanned back OR downloaded and opened as a fillable document. Fillable digital signatures may require access to Adobe or another digital signature program.

    ONLINE ENROLLMENT

  • NEW BUSD FAMILIES 

    To enroll online, click HERE and select “Create Account.” Fill in your information and enter a password to create an Alma Start Account. Follow the instructions in your email to verify your Alma Start account. 

    Then, sign in to Alma Start and begin registering your new student.

  • CURRENT BUSD FAMILIES 

    We have a new student information system 2024/2025!  Existing families should have received an Alma activation email.  Click on the link to create your Alma account password.  Your username will also be in this email. 

    Then, using the Alma name avatar drop-down, sign in to Alma Start and begin registering your new student.
