Registration packets for the 20/21 school year are available now. You must provide 2 proofs of residency to obtain a packet even if you have another student currently enrolled at Oak Meadow. Suggested proof of residence is a utility bill, purchase agreement or rental agreement. Completed packets, 2 proofs of residency, a birth certificate and current immunization records will be accepted in our Administration Building between the hours of 7:30am - 3:00pm.
