Volunteer Information
-
Volunteers are an integral part of the programs on our campus. We encourage the participation of parents/guardians and other community members as volunteers in our classrooms. All regular classroom volunteers must be fingerprinted and have read, understand, and agree to the Volunteer Statement on Confidentiality. If you would like to learn more or have questions, please contact your child’s teacher or the school office. The fingerprint form is available from the school office or you may download below. Upon processing, please return a copy of the form to your school office.
Upon clearance, visitation rules will apply each time you volunteer on campus. You are required to sign in at the school office and wear an identification badge issued by the school office.
Volunteer Statement on Confidentiality
-
We value the contributions that parents/guardians and other community members make to our schools. We welcome volunteers in our classrooms and on our campuses.
There are times when a volunteer may see or hear something in a classroom or on campus regarding a student’s academic progress, a discipline issue, or other matters that must be kept confidential. Therefore, we ask volunteers to be aware that individual students’ information should not be discussed with anyone other than the appropriate school officials.
By applying to be a volunteer, I agree that I have read, understand, and agree to the Volunteer Statement on Confidentiality. Click on the link to digitally agree.
